A wise old estate agency owl suggested we strip away all superfluous costs that agents have historically passed on to their clients.. the costliest of these commonly being extravagant company cars! By doing this, we are now able to offer our clients the most competitive fees possible, while also enabling us to enhance staff commissions, which further works in our clients’ financial interests.

As an independent estate agent, we are also able to tailor our fees in a bid to address our clients' preferences which may be that of ‘Flat Rate Fees’ or ‘Scale Fees’. With 'scale fees for example, on a property asking price of £1M, this could see our agency receive nil commission up to 600K, but an incremental incentive on the remaining 400K, thereby seeing our need to work harder for our client, on the monetary sum that's hardest to achieve.

Naturally, we are happy to discuss our fees and marketing in person, and will always take a business approach to reach a mutually agreeable arrangement. Above all, ensuring our clients always receive the best service-to-service fee that any agent will offer, and to achieve the best selling price, is always paramount to us.

Rent Only 9% (7.5% + VAT)

Rent Collection 10.5% (8.75% + VAT)
(incl. Rent Only and finding a tenant)

Full Management 12% (10% + VAT)
(incl. Rent Only, finding a tenant, and Rent Collection service)
