Rent Collection 8.75% + VAT (total 10.5%) of agreed annual rental
Includes marketing, securing a tenant, and rent collection service
Plus Admin fees as stipulated under the Tenant Fees Act Feb 2019

Full Management 10% + VAT (total 12%) of agreed annual rental
Includes marketing, securing a tenant, rent collection service and Management of property ensuring physical upkeep and adherence to regulations
Plus Admin fees as stipulated under the Tenant Fees Act Feb 2019
